Ag Series: The Changing Herd - South Dakota Beef Cattle

Join us for an engaging and timely conversation on the evolving landscape of the cattle industry in South Dakota and beyond. With the national cow herd at its lowest since the 1950s and beef demand on the rise, we’ll discuss supply chain, sourcing, and market pressures impacting the beef cattle industry. Our panelist will include Ryan Eichler (Producer & Founder/Chairman of SD Cattleman’s Foundation), Adam Bode (CEO Demkota processing plant) and Dave Geraets (Producer).

The buffet lunch will be available beginning at 11:30 am. The menu will be: Pasta bar, bread sticks, asparagus and salad bar.

The presentation, at the club’s regular weekly meeting, will be held at the South Dakota Military Heritage Alliance in Sioux Falls and will begin at noon. All Downtown Sioux Falls Rotary Club programs are open only to Rotarians and their guests. All programs are subject to the club's Privacy Policy.
