This fast-paced conversation will explore why businesses choose downtown, how active storefronts create value, what influences customer decisions, and why experience remains downtown’s greatest competitive advantage. Moderator: Rotarian Brandon Hanson, CEO of Downtown Sioux Falls, Inc. will moderate a conversation with: Nancy Savage, Owner, Child’s Play Toys; Nathan Schock, Partner, Locals Love Us; locally known for The Local Best; and a representative from Lloyd Companies.

The buffet lunch begins at 11:30 am. The menu is: Grilled Burger & Beer Brat Bar

The presentation, at the club’s regular weekly meeting, will be held at the South Dakota Military Heritage Alliance in Sioux Falls and will begin at noon.
