Operation Bare Necessities

In November, Rotarians heard the urgent need for underwear to support guests served by Union Gospel Mission and St. Francis House. The Engagement Committee is responding to our neighbors’ needs with Operation Bare Necessities, an underwear drive, through December 18. Rotarians are encouraged to bring a donation of underwear to a club meeting December 4, 11 or 18. Most needed items are men’s boxer briefs (sizes M-2XL) and women’s underwear (sizes S-2XL, numerical sizes 5-9). The committee will deliver the donation following the “Spirit of Rotary” event on December 18.
