Parks & Recreation Update

On May 20th please join us for a preview of the upcoming projects planned for Sioux Falls Parks & Recreation. Don Kearney, Director of Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation will join Rotarian Cindy Peterson for a look at the exciting plans and ways to get active as we look forward to summer! He will discuss the Aquatics Bond which includes replacement facilities at Kuehn Park, Frank Olson Park and acquisition of the westside Sanford Wellness Center.

The buffet lunch will be available beginning at 11:30 am. The menu will be Pesto Ciabatta (served hot with chicken/pesto/roasted red peppers/provolone on ciabatta roll), Red pepper gouda bisque, Vinaigrette mesclun salad, Tossed Salad, Fresh Fruit and Dessert. RSVP and online payment is required by 5 pm on Wednesday, May 15th. If you miss the deadline, please still join us for Rotary, but lunch may not be available.

The presentation, at the club’s regular weekly meeting, will be held at the Holiday Inn City Centre, Sioux Falls and will begin at noon. All Downtown Sioux Falls Rotary Club programs are open only to Rotarians and their guests. All programs are subject to the club's Privacy Policy. Local media are invited to attend to record the session.
