Rotary Serves at Lunch is Served

Rotary will prepare & distribute bag lunches on Wednesday, February 18th and Wednesday, February 25th. We'll need:

• 15 volunteers each date to prep the meal from 12:00 - 1:30 pm
• 4 volunteers each date to stay after preparing to distribute the meal from 1:30 - 2:00 pm

Downtown Rotary is asked to give $1,000 to offset the costs for both meals.

Donate to help cover the costs of the meal.

Additional Information:

• The packing will be in the Fellowship Hall at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 1600 E. 12th Street. Here’s a map link to help you find us… http://goo.gl/maps/PRrCZ
• Volunteers will be making sandwiches and packing brown bag lunches for the working poor in our community.
• Most of the volunteers will be standing during the packing, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
• Volunteers with long hair will need to tie it back into a ponytail.
• Children are welcome with adult supervision. There are jobs for children over the age of 7.
