Rescheduled: The Power of an Hour – The Mentoring Impact

Join us on Monday, January 29th, as we close out National Mentoring Month discussing the long-term impact mentoring can make in the Greater Sioux Falls area. We will also highlight various nonprofits that provide mentoring opportunities. Vanessa Gomez, Public Relations & Communications Officer for the City of Sioux Falls will moderate this discussion. The panel will include Sioux Falls Police Lieutenant Andrew Siebenborn, Michelle Madsen from LSS Mentoring, Sandi Pasch from McCrossan Boys Ranch and Dawson Muska with Community Outreach. Mayor Paul TenHaken will also join us.

The buffet lunch will be available beginning at 11:30 am. The menu will be: Asian Buffet – lo mein, chicken fried rice, honey almond tempura chicken, egg rolls; Tossed Salad, Fruit & Dessert. RSVP and online payment is required by 5 pm on Wednesday, January 24th. If you miss the deadline, please still join us for Rotary, but lunch will not be available.

The presentation, at the club’s regular weekly meeting, will be held at the Holiday Inn City Centre, Sioux Falls and will begin at noon. All Downtown Sioux Falls Rotary Club programs are open only to Rotarians and their guests. All programs are subject to the club's Privacy Policy. Local media are invited to attend to record the session.
